<Madpath Moth> So, twice in a row I have spawned in a starting village and been unable to learn the skill they are supposed to offer to teach me. First in a desert village where I wasn't offered Fasting Way, then again in a canyon village where I am not being offered to learn Wayfaring. I made the same character both times, True Kin Consul, and did nothing else but accept quests and water-bond with NPCs.
