permanent glotrotbleeding (after cure and ubernostrum injector)

When a character contracts glotrot and it is cured before the tongue rottet away the bleeding effect persists forever. As I noticed in a previous playthrough this can be solved by using a ubernostrum injector. (This is a case of really bad mechanic visibility, the kind that leads to hours of research or rage quitting.) However if a character contracts glotrot for a second time the bleeding doesn't seem to stop. Regeneration doesn't help (it should, but that's a design decision) and a ubernostrum injector doesn't either. In case I made a mistake and the mechanic works properly, please make the glotrotbleeding a visible effect with proper indications (or a lore hint in the corpus cholis) how to get rid of it (while the bleeding effect is inactiv).
