<exsanguination microtubules> Tomb: ||I am pretty sure that I was just recalled to a resting place tile that had an exit teleporter on it, which resulted in a double-teleport to the stairway (there are a few tomb-tethered tiles with teleporters here). I think this would be fine except that the exit teleporter doesn't put any message in the message log when it teleports you, so it's confusing what just happened.||
