<exsanguination microtubules> CookingDomainFungus_FungusResistUnit ("75% chance that itchy skin doesn't develop into a fungal infection") currently only works if you have it before first contracting itchy skin. The description is somewhat misleading, as players often think they can use this to prevent an existing itchy skin infection from turning into a fungal infection. Maybe it should be updated to work in that scenario?
