[#bug] Eating Cloaca Surprise Relocates Natural Weapons on Lost Body Parts

Per the title, if you mutate into Slog with a natural weapon on one of the body parts which is lost, that natural weapon will be (irrevocably) re-equipped on a different body part, presumably your most-primary hand.

In the attached save, you can see that I have a vicious bite on my right hand; I was previously a baboon, and the feelers which grew on my right face appear to have displaced my bite.
