<rocky> possibly related to my last issue, often the game will say it had trouble building a zone, and when asked if I wanted to force draw the zone, I'd say yes; after trying to say no 4 times in a row, the map drawed was blank, and displayed "Zone build failure:FactionEncounters" on the log.
