[#bugs] Chrome Pyramid spawning is not limited to Deathlands

In two separate runs Chrome Pyramids have spawned in areas I do not believe are intended.

1. Pyramid location was in the surface of the flower fields, character level less than 15 (in case spawns are effected by level)
2. Pyramid was 1 stratum deep in the salt marshes about 3 world tiles from Joppa, character level less than 5

I have played enough runs in older patches to feel like this is unintended. Thanks.
