Deathlands are Zone Tier 1

TerrainDeathlands1
inherits fromTerrain
instead of inheriting from TerrainDeathlands
. As a result, all Deathlands have zone tier 1. You’ll notice, for instance, that Dynamic Turret Tinkers in the Deathlands spit out short bow turrets and such.
Also seems a bit weird that the Tomb parasang is Zone Tier 1 (it has not RegionTier tag on it)
This is the zone tier map from calling GetZoneTier
on every world map parasang.

Also, this is perhaps a broader issue, but some things in game use the tiers defined in
Text.txt
, while other things use the tiers defined by world map terrainRegionTier
tags (the latter is shown in the image above). These aren’t always consistent and it feels a bit weird/confusing to have the game using two different tier systems.
