Severed Mutations don't Grow Back

Mutations that appear in a body slot like the beak, flaming/freezing hands, hooks for feet, ect. can be removed via dismemberment, but when the missing limb grows back the mutation does not reappear. Flaming and freezing hands can't be used when they've been removed. This can be used to acess the face slot with the beak defect or the feet slot with the hands defect. The mutations stay on your character sheet and can still be invested in despite being unusable.
