Very high level fire breath gets a bit glitchy

I have attached a zip for a save that has fire breath brought to level 27 through food and mutation levels. The cone is very big, but very little of it is affected.

After more testing, level 15 fire breath works, but level 16 or 17 somehow keeps freezing the game.
