[#bugs] Chaos option in `The Earl of Omonporch`

choose Invoke the Chaos Spiel in quest The Earl of Omonporch
delegates and earl became hostility after a series yell
run away (about 4 maps changed)
earl became neutral

It confused me whether I should KILL the earl.
1. If there is still a way to get a peaceful result, some option should be placed on earl to continue the quest.
2. If I have to kill the earl.
2.1 Earl should keep hostility to me
2.2 OR when I talk to the earl, he should say something about the quest, like reject my request.
