Meanwhile I've turned up at least one sultan artifact (6 reputation effects) in a random ruin which did not appear in any sultan history. Fated carbide hammer dropped by a giant beetle.
Are artifacts from early historic sites simply distributed to ruins?

Perhaps there are already plans to address this in the future by adding more historic sites, as noted on the roadmap (In Part II, we’ll add more mid-to-late game historic sites and we’ll tie together the events of the sultans’ lives so you can retrace their paths through Qud).
