[#modding] AddMutation(Mutation, Level) does not always set level correctly

<psychonoclast> excellent, it's almost working. Only, it adds the stats for a level 1 Carapace (appears as level 4 on the mutation screen, but only adds +3 AV, +10 to resistances). Do I need to add SyncMutation() or something?
