Have confirmation when entering known villages from map that will be by default hostile

Just like a "You are disliked here because of your reputation(could list which specific faction). Are you sure you want to enter?" For prevention of a specific scenario:

1. take socially repugnant
2. enter bey lah under lulihart's request
3. the entire village attacks you because of your rep
4. player slaughters entire village because "they attacked first"

further possible specifications:

• have this happen for only unique villages/settlements because having it for every snapjaw fort/goatfolk village would be annoying
