Sleeping in bedroll will not end and locks input

I tried to sleep in a bedroll and the game effectivly locked up without allowing input or manually ending the sleep cycle. Eventually I got the famished message and let it carry of for a while before that until I got too worried about it killing me due to starvation and quit the game from Task Manager (it is a daily run from a little while ago) - of note is that I cooked a meal directly before sleeping

I originally did this to try and check an issue with EMP not timeing out (see the reported bug for that - the attached save files are shared), but I did try this without that EMP issue and trying to sleep until multliple wakeup times and in all cases the same thing happened.

As I have a save file ready for this you can duplicate this by sleeping in the bedroll a few rooms west that is next to the campfire

This seems to cover more than sleeping via 'u’sing a bedroll and will happen if the character is affected by sleep gas as well, so is probaby a general sleep issue -
