Hold-Button Scrolling not working for all screens

There are a number of screens in the game where holding the down or up button in order to scroll only moves down by one place, forcing you to repeatedly tap the down button until you get where you need to be, which can be a real pain for some longer lists.

For instance, the Mod Manager becomes rsi-inducing to traverse when you have a decent number of mods installed, unless you want to move to the mouse, which is obviously heresy.

There are definitely a number of other screens in which this is the case as well, but I cant remember them all off the top of my head rn
