Ice breath mutation gained from cooking never goes away

Latest beta branch. I acquired the Ice breath mutation from a recipe I created; It didn't say I would gain the mutation permanently, but the Icy Vapors face slot equip wasn't removed when I stopped metabolizing. Had to Wish-dismember my face and regenerate it in order to equip something else on my face again. I STILL have the activated ability "Breathe Ice", although trying to use it does nothing, and it has been several days now. Since it's not a mutation on my actual list of mutations, I can't even wish for mutationbgone to remove it.

If that is the case, then I will have to add that the recipe I cooked gave me both quills and Ice breath. My armor was unequipped and my face slot was unequipped. I had a carbide plate on, and on my face I was wearing a Rhinox face which was giving me +2 Ego. Neither of these gave me an activated ability, as in #3462. Also, the quills were successfully removed when I stopped metabolizing, only the Icy vapors were stuck. So… i don’t think this is a duplicate, exactly.

Yes, anything that triggers an intersecting mutation level sync internally will do it: the Rhinox face with ego in your case.
