Esper Hunters not Spawning

See the title, my psychic glimmer is over 20 and over 40 with food, but no assassins are coming for me. The extraculthunter and extrasolohunter wishes also seem to do nothing. A zip of my save file is attached for testing purposes :)

    Attached an additional save as I noticed this affected me today (mine is primary.sav if you folks don’t see better detail on your side)..

    Couple notes fwiw:

    • This may have occurred as a result of last patch for me (202.74). I definitely was getting these last patch because I witnessed the ‘hunters on worldmap' bug present in the last version, but of course that doesn’t necessarily mean that it broke right at the point of patching.. I don’t think I’ve seen any since the patch, though, so I’d say 50/50.
    • I will be candid, my save is aging. Not as old as this ticket, but not young either (Initial date is 6/15)
    • I noticed that it is actually generating error messages as well, including them for fun.
