When a faction heirloom is created it will sometimes include the name of a legendary creature, (e.g. “Mom the Unlocked’s Clogs”), the sampled legendary creature has a 1 in 5000 chance to be an animated object which is added to the action queue in the process of being animated despite having no cell.
