<Jak> the motorized treads cybernetic grants two "tread" slots, which do not notify the player when dismembered and cannot be regenerated through the regeneration mutation, ubernostrum injectors, or hyperbiotic furniture. the player's movespeed is penalized by 30 when a tread is dismembered, meaning players who lose one or both will be permanently penalized (and can no longer wear tread guards)

additional notes: the treads don’t drop a limb item when dismembered either.
i don’t necessarily think its a bug that non-organic limbs like the treads can’t be regenerated, but there should be some other method to regain the treads when you lose them, or it just shouldn’t be possible to dismember them at all
