Vibroblade + burrowing claws kill any wall in 3 hits

Powered vibroblade deals different amount of damage to walls after burrowing claws mutation was picked on level up.

E.g. it deals 1500 damage to eaters tomb wall and far less to others.

Anyway character destroys any wall in exactly 3 hits now, which is (I believe) not supposed to happen.

Most likely has something to do with vibroblade “infinite” penetration (unpowered deals far less damage).

Probably has something to do with with this issue (#2104)

Second issue: If you have a weapon that would hit for more than a quarter than the walls health, burrowing claws reduces the damage instead.

    I actually really like vibro claws, it makes a lot of later game caving way more convenient in a good way. Would love if this either didn’t get changed, or if higher level burrowing claws change from limited pen to vibro at some point in their progression.
