Modding QoL - Mod Names in Log Errors

Issue #3943 resolved
Cass created an issue

Currently errors caused by workshop mods output the workshop ID rather than the mod name as it does for manually installed mods, for example: “MODERROR [2400127333] - Mod Error 2400127333:

This makes it frustrating to figure out which mod is causing the issue, both when creating mods and trying to locate incompatibilities and when using mods and trying to figure out which mod is crashing the game. Not a massive inconvenience, as you can track down the workshop mod using that ID but it would definitely save a decent amount of time in the long run if it just output the mods string ID - which should be possible in all cases except for JSON parsing errors, in which case the workshop ID may be the only/best option to display.
