i have an odd addition to this issue: the following inconsistency happened in joppa while i was testing an (unrelated) mod:

there shouldn’t be any security doors spawning in joppa at all, right? so this doesn’t seem like a case of something should be there but is getting deleted, unless i’m missing something else
