. according to Armithaig, this doesn't actually work, but i would find it useful for my mod if it did

alternatively: allow
ApplyTo
to specify the parent of the terrain blueprints it applies to. e.g.,ApplyTo=”Terrain”
in order to say that any tile inheriting fromTerrain
that doesn’t have a more specific rule should use that cell blueprint
