<seafood> not sure if this intentional but I was messing around with domination and the ganglionic teleprojector as an esper and I noticed that my ego mod didn't affect the "activate ganglionic teleprojector" ability at all, only my mutation rank affected it.

i assume the actual unintended part here may be that their domination level is affecting the teleprojector?
