<Schematix> Stopsvallin equipped in a handslot provides the option to activate the powered effect, but it does not work. The powered effect only functions when worn on the arm slot. Stops should either not provide the option to activate when equipped in the hand or it should work the same as when equipped on the arm. Not sure which is the bug.
