Love and Fear problems

Love and Fear seems to be bugged at the moment, unless I'm just failing to understand the recent changes. I noticed two issues, though the second might not be a bug.

1. When giving the note to Eskhind, there are two successive conversation options marked "[complete quest step]". Selecting the first ("Take the poem. Be brave.") but escaping without selecting the second ("Live and drink, Eskhind."), causes Eskhind to take the note without the quest being marked as completed.

2. I can't give the note to Neelahind, or talk to her about it at all. (But maybe that's intended?)
