Tszappur and Wardens Esther can both spawn disliked/hated by the Merchant's Guild and/or pariahs, which will cause them to kill the merchants or Lulihart. I just had both of them spawn disliked by merchants, causing Tszappur to shoot at an ichor merchant who attacked him, which triggered Wardens Esther to kill him (could have been a stray bullet that hit a Mechanimist). I've also seen Lulihart start a fight many times. The worst is when a phylactery squire spawns as a Mechanimist convert, because the hologram they summon is invincible and kills everything, but nobody will attack the squire.
