Did we end up putting some mechanism to keep temp high despite high resistance for transkinetic cuffs?

a few things going on here:

• you can’t trade with them when they are on fire, which they start as because lava
• they do beat out their own flames which might actually be counterintuitive
• they cool extremely quickly once they’re extinguished and you can trade with them
• they seemingly can’t even equip transkinetic cuffs, even swapping into one and trying to autoequip it

for repro: wish phials to get lava phials, wish primordialsouppool, pour 1 dram of lava into the soup, wait until sludge spawns, wish beguile
