Destroying machine presses

If you destroy a machine press when it's extended, it leaves a remnant behind (in the square that it extended to). I assume that this is intended. But the remnant seems to be bugged---you can destroy it, but it will show as if it's still there.

I should maybe add: this only occurs when both sides of the press are destroyed.
