<Blink> Decarbonizers still dismember me while they're EMP'd and after I've dismembered all of their limbs. They don't have armitures or legs, hardpoints or undercarriage, and yet they somehow have a phantom arm that can decapitate me with regular attacks. Also, just generally, why can they keep doing stuff while EMP'd? Even Chrome Pyramids are mostly taken down by EMPs, because, you know, robots.
