<special guest eva problems> phase shift grenades can be modded to be phase-harmonic, but this doesn't actually do anything, as phase shift grenades seem to be incapable of removing the out-of-phase state from targets that are already phased. phase shift grenades seem to imply by their name that they can change the phase state of anything caught in their radius, but all it really does is apply phased to in-phase units
