QOL enhancement: option to automatically/suggest sitting before examining artifacts

Allow user to configure automatic or prompted use of chairs.

1. Default

   • Current behavior

2. Automatic

   • If you have a chair in inventory you’ll drop it and sit in it before examining
   • If you know where an unoccupied chair is on map you’ll sit on it before examining

3. Prompted

   • Same as automatic, but instead of automatically doing it it gives you a popup if you have a chair in inventory or know where one is on map.

Random thoughts:

• allow designating chairs as ‘siting chair’ and add duplicate branches to automatic/prompted that first look for ‘sitting chairs’ in those categories.
• To avoid future bug reports probably should preclude torture chairs :)
