Deep Shaft generated over stairs down in Tomb

The stair transition between "Access corridor, Tomb of the Eaters, surface" and "Crematory, Tomb of the Eaters, 1 stratum high" had a deep shaft generate over (and apparently erase) the Stairs Down on Crematory level.

When attempting to go up the stairs on on the Access corridor, you are prompted with the warning "It looks like an awfully long fall. Are you sure you want to jump into the deep shaft?" [y/n/esc]

Proceeding up the stairs drops you through the deep shaft from the Crematory to the stair tile on the Access corridor, causing a lot of fall damage and making the stairs inaccessible.
