Random village starts in the hills starting the player on the eastern edge of the map.

When starting a new game and selecting a random village in the hills, the starting location appears to longer be restricted to the southwestern portion of the map. I've attached a save (world seed 5BC173D7), where I spawned east of the deathlands.
