UI is super small on Mac using Retina or High-DPI display

I'm guessing this is because of High-DPI and what appears to be constant-pixel-size UI scaling. The UI is all super small compared to the actual game text.

I'm on Mac OS version 11.4, it's a 2019 macbook pro. The issue happens on both the regular monitor (Retina display) and external monitors (which I believe support High DPI). I've attached a couple of screenshots. The issue happens the same no matter if I change the "screen scaling" setting in the system settings.

I'd say it's a minor bug but the text is really so small that it's quite hard to read.
