Travelling with regeneration and Glotrot

Low-level regeneration and Glotrot together create problems with travelling on the overland map. At every step your tongue regrows and rots away again several times, each time leading to several messages; this can mean as many as 20 or so messages that have to be clicked through per step. (And the clicking through requires care, since some of the messages are prompts to stop moving,)
