<Ashe-No-Longer, Legendary Seeker> my save and its backup corrupted and I can't think of anything I did that was unusual to have caused this, last thing I did was a save and quit that didn't appear in any way unusual. This was my first playthrough using the mod "Diamonds are a mutant's best friend" so it may be responsible but I have no idea. Appears like this in the continue menu:
