Recoilers fitted with suspensors

A recoiler fitted with suspensors won’t function until the boot time has elapsed. That means that it can’t be used at all with some low-tier energy cells. I don’t know whether that’s how it’s supposed to be, I suggest that the Joppa recoiler that Argyve gives you shouldn’t come fitted with suspensors, since not being able to use it with fidget cells in the early game is a bit harsh.
