Object finder allows picking up loot that isn't dropped

Using the object finder, items that were carried by creatures are visible next to corpses - even those that are not drawn on the map presumably because they were not intended to be dropped. These items can be picked up by clicking on them in the object finder.

I noticed these for cragsmench so maybe intentionally dropped things under the boulder?
