Scrapping of stacks not interrupted by enemy approaching

Disassembling isn’t allowed with enemies nearby. But if you start to disassemble a stack, it doesn’t get interrupted when an enemy comes near, or even attacks. I think it should do.

(I just lost a character by attempting to scrap a swarm rack. I had HE Missiles on autoscrap, so this took 51 turns instead of the 1 I’d budgeted for. The original owner of the swarm rack, who I’d lured away, turned up…)
