tongue in cheek steam achievement not rewarded?

after drinking flaming'ick and taking an ubernostrum in glotrot stage 2 i cured glotrot status and cleared off tongue necrosis (tongue no longer bleeding when drinking or eating)

i didnt get the achievement tongue in cheek? To test i made a new character and bound wish to inflict then cure full glotrot but didnt get the achievement then either?

no performance issues and got ironshank cure achievement in same save player character has telepathy no mods
