Shift-hotkeys not working on macOS

Hotkeys on macOS were always messed up, but I think some recent update broke them further, and now I can’t force attack using shift-[hjkl etc]. Shift + letter registers as just the letter and I get a normal movement. Also shift-h registers as y, and shift-l registers as u for some reason?? lol
