<Promethia> Can we get a new event before Leveler.LevelUp() is called, before the level stat is incremented? I'd imagine it would be called BeforeLevelGain.

    Added GetLevelUpDiceEvent (Genotype/Subtype dice specs) and GetLevelUpPointsEvent (Rolled integer values) in 203.46.
