Tumbling pods can spawn as legendary pariahs

As mentioned, tumbling pods can spawn as legendary pariahs, which causes them to basically immediately die if there are any nearby enemies. Feels extremely strange and they (along with any other enemies that make suicide attacks) should probably be excluded from the possible legendary pariah spawns.
