<Vis> [alpha] When I hold down alt and use look, this dromad guard appears green and is friendly, but she's attacking me.

Just prior to this, I love injector'd the dromad merchant she's aligned with, but did accidently attack the merchant once without it. So she might have a reason to be hostile to me, but she's not showing up as such on the UI

EDIT: I can also swap places with them. And when I try talk to them, it says they're too busy in combat, not that they don't want to talk to me
