Oil Mutation with seemingly no function

On a True Kin save that recently cleared Bethesda Susa, I noticed a mutation listed on my character sheet. It is named “Oil” and has no effect that I could tell. I do not know how or when I gained it.

You wished for something similar to “Oil”. this granted you the oil mutation since if the wish cant find an item, it will grant you the closest skill/mutation. you can remove it as usually by wishing mutationbgone.
