<inky twinning Joanna> When you have the tactics skill Deft Throwing, if an enemy is against a wall, your chance to hit is wildly reduced based on the angle you throw from. This was tested with 20 agility on a calmed npc. If you do not have deft throwing, the accuracy seems to function normally

red x the thrown item will never hit, 40+ misses in a row
yellow - the item rarely hits, maybe 1/20
green | the item hits more often than not
