Some empty liquid powered Energy Cells cannot stop auto-collecting liquid

When you select ‘stop auto-collecting liquid’ it just flashes a bit but is still autocollecting that liquid. If you add 1 dram of the respective liquid it will stop autocollecting as normal.

This was tested with 2 different Combustion cells that were emptied of Oil

This may also affect Lead-acid Cells and Biodynamic Cells but was not tested

Empty containers (e.g. waterskins) do not have this issue

This is the current stable release and not the Beta
