Issue with creating named locations with journal and world map

As of the most recent beta build (September 14, 2021):

Creating custom named locations in the journal (i.e., placing map pin and giving a custom name to a location) will appropriately cause the custom name to appear on the world map. However, if one later deletes the custom name, it still appears on the world map.

they stick around if you clear them while on the world map, but leaving and re-entering the world map clears them
